★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a péssima experiência hoje nessa lotérica, fui no meu horário de almoço correndo, e me deparo com a funcionária conversando com um cliente, q não parava de perguntar da vida dela, um senhor de idade, onde a mesma q encontrava-se no caixa do meio, dava total confiança pro cliente chegando até ganhar dinheiro dele, dizendo q tinha 25 anos e um filho, sem dar a menor atenção aos clientes da fila, toda encantada com o cara, parecia estar em um encontro, e qdo eu disse q estava com pressa, o senhor foi embora e ela levantou só pra não me atender, totalmente deselegante, falta total de profissionalismo.
Péssimo atendimento.

Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com a atendente dessa lotérica, mal educada, desrespeitosa com o cliente fala que é obrigação do cliente ter moedas. Cheguei a bater boca um das vezes que fui lá. A atendente insiste em pirraçar e fingir que não escuta o que você fala. Ela sussurra ofensas durante o atendimento.
Bad experience with the attendant of this lottery, rude, disrespectful with the customer says that it is the customer's obligation to have coins. I even scolded one of the times I went there. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pix pra pagar os jogos, mostrei o comprovante e mulher falou que não recebeu. Falei com o banco confirmaram que foi debitado na conta dela. E eu fiquei sem o jogo e sem o dinheiro, o telefone não atende. Moro longe e não dá pra ir lá, mas quando eu for ao médico lá perto eu vou lá e mostrar a conversa com o banco. Palhaçada!
