The service was wonderful! The atmosphere is welcoming and Patrícia offers a differentiated and humanized consultation experience.
She is very attentive and sets up a personalized meal plan, according to your tastes and needs, giving you space to participate in the preparation and even makes some snacks for tasting at the time of the consultation.

Superou todas as minhas expectativas com relação a consulta (detalhada), o plano alimentar (que abrange muitos alimentos), entre tantos fatores. É satisfatório ser acompanhada por uma profissional como Patrícia. Me deparei desde o primeiro contato com uma profissional (de fato!) preocupada sobretudo com a minha saúde, com meu bem estar e não apenas com o emagrecimento (como é o caso de muitos). Undoubtedly, Patricia is an excellent professional, in addition to being a unique human being. It exceeded all my expectations regarding the consultation (detailed), the food plan (which covers many foods), among so many factors. It is satisfying to be accompanied by a professional like Patricia. I came across from the first contact with a professional (in fact!) concerned above all with my health, with my well being and not just with weight loss (as is the case with many). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tinha passado por duas nutricionistas antes da Patrícia e estava achando impossível ter uma rotina alimentar saudável até que a conheci. Me senti extremamente acolhida antes mesmo da consulta, que é extremamente completa. Estou ainda no início do meu acompanhamento nutricional mas já vi mais diferença do que os meses que passei com as outras profissionais que focavam só no peso e não me via como algo além disso.
Estou extremamente satisfeita com o acompanhamento e pela primeira vez na vida acho possível ter uma alimentação saudável e fazer as pazes com meu corpo ❤️ Gratidão, Patrícia!
I had already seen two nutritionists before Patricia and I was finding it impossible to have a healthy eating routine until I met her. I felt extremely welcomed even before the consultation, which is extremely complete. I'm still at the beginning of my nutritional monitoring but I've already seen more of a difference than the months I spent with other professionals who focused only on weight and didn't see myself as anything else.
I'm extremely satisfied with the follow-up and for the first time in my life I think it's possible to have a healthy diet and make peace with my body ❤️ Gratitude, Patricia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu já tive experiência com diversos nutricionistas, mas nunca conseguia um resultado que me deixasse feliz. Inclusive, procurei uma nutricionista na gestação anterior e foi bem frustrante, pois ela praticamente digitou meu diário alimentar e me entregou quase sem alterações!
Patrícia se destaca desde o atendimento pré-consultório. Ela cobra o valor médio do mercado, mas oferece muito mais! Faz um atendimento prévio, onde solicita o preenchimento de um diário alimentar e um questionário. Isso significa que o seu trabalho começa bem antes da consulta.
Quando chegamos na consulta, ela já conhece nosso perfil alimentar e nossos desejos, então já partimos para dúvidas, e no meu caso, orientações sobre dieta x amamentação x colicas do bebê etc…assuntos que ela demonstra bastante propriedade.
Por fim, ela faz o plano alimentar com você em consultório e entrega diversos mimos, a depender do pacote contratado. Além da degustação de alimentos deliciosos! ☺️
Nunca tive uma experiência nem próxima. Recomendo demais para gestantes e lactantes. Certamente o acompanhamento dela faz muita diferença nessas fases da vida da mulher!
I've had experience with several nutritionists, but I never got a result that made me happy. I even looked for a nutritionist in the previous pregnancy and it was very frustrating, because she practically typed my food diary and gave it to me almost without changes!
Patrícia stands out from the pre-consultation service. It charges the average market value, but offers much more! He makes a prior appointment, where he requests the completion of a food diary and a questionnaire. That means your work starts well before the appointment.
When we arrived at the appointment, she already knew our food profile and our desires, so we started with doubts, and in my case, guidelines on diet x breastfeeding x baby colic etc...
Finally, she makes the food plan with you in the office and delivers various treats, depending on the package hired. In addition to tasting delicious food! ☺️
I've never had an experience even close. I highly recommend it for pregnant and lactating women. Certainly her follow-up makes a lot of difference in these phases of a woman's life!
