★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive a chance de passar em consulta. Eu tinha uma consulta marcada para minha filha às 15h30 (30/09). Cheguei na portaria do prédio às 15h15, para ter tempo de me cadastrar e não atrasar. Mas para minha surpresa, o recepcionista disse que a Dra chegou atrasada e tinham 3 pessoas aguardando antes de mim, ou seja não saberia informar quando eu seria atendida. Acho que poderiam ter avisado pelo whats. Atrasos acontecem, mas não custaria avisar. Como eu tinha outro compromisso, não pude ficar.
Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to consult. I had an appointment for my daughter at 3:30 pm (09/30). I arrived at the entrance of the building at 3:15 pm, to have time to register and not be late. But to my surprise, the receptionist said that the Dr arrived late and there were 3 people waiting before me, that is, he could not inform when I would be seen. I think they could have told you whats. Delays do happen, but it wouldn't hurt to let you know. As I had another appointment, I couldn't stay.
