★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loja já foi boa. Fiquei quase 5 min aguardando pra ser atendida pq o único que estava a frente da loja era o rapaz da pizza. Percebi depois o motivo da demora, e o motivo era que duas funcionárias estavam discutindo.
Quando fui atendida, a funcionária continuou argumentando com a outra moça e anotando o meu pedido.. resumindo: marcou errado. Tive que pagar a diferença pq eu tinha pedido dois refrigerantes e ela anotou que era um suco.
Quando o prato chegou, o feijão estava seco e queimado e o arroz não estava totalmente cozido.
Que pena...
 This store was once good. I was almost 5 min waiting to be served because the only one who was in front of the store was the pizza guy. Then I realized the reason for the delay, and the reason was that two employees were arguing.
When I was answered, the employee continued to argue with the other girl and take my order. I had to pay the difference because I had ordered two soft drinks and she noted that it was a juice.
When the dish arrived, the beans were dry and burnt and the rice was not fully cooked.
What a shame...

Sou lojista ,qdo falei que era lojista parece que estava pedindo prato de comida, perguntei sabor do suco que tinha moça falou que tinha de maracujá ou laranja. Depois falou que era um ou outro.afinal qual sabor que tem eu perguntei ,ela foi colocou no copo e bebeu pra saber qual era o sabor enfim estou bem chateada pois não foi de graça eu paguei e fui mal atendida.
Terrible, I always ate at patroni, I loved shopping here Itaquera horrible service. I'm a shopkeeper, when I said I was a shopkeeper it seems like I was asking for a plate of food, I asked the flavor of the juice that the girl had, she said she had passion fruit or orange. Then she said it was one or the other. after all what flavor it has I asked, she put it in the glass and drank it to know what the flavor was anyway I'm really upset because it wasn't free I paid and I was poorly attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente uma das piores experiências com comida que tive. Pedi um nhoque, batata e um refrigerante. O nhoque era “maçudo” e o molho cheio de sementes, ralo e sem sabor. A batata veio com gosto de óleo que foi reutilizado várias vezes e vieram até alguns pedaços de batata queimada para acompanhar o prato de plástico na qual foram servidas! A única coisa que poderia salvar era o refrigerante, porém veio quente!! Péssima experiência!
Unfortunately one of the worst food experiences I have had. I ordered a gnocchi, potatoes and a soda. The gnocchi was “maçudo” and the sauce was full of seeds, thin and tasteless. The potato tasted like oil that was reused several times and even a few pieces of burnt potato came to accompany the plastic plate on which they were served! The only thing that could save was the soda, however it came hot !! Bad experience!

Pagamos R$ 150,00 em três pizzas que não valiam 1, e por ser uma rede de pizzaria renomada nos decepcionou, nunca mais volto! Simplesmente patético, sem recheio, fina e queimada!!! ABSURDO

We paid R$150.00 for three pizzas that weren't worth 1, and for being a renowned pizzeria chain, we were disappointed, I'll never go back! Simply pathetic, no stuffing, thin and burnt!!! ABSURD
