★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, mal atendimento, o homem parece que está com mal vontade, não respeitam gestantes... Prato demora mais de uma hora para sair, sem ter uma sequência exata de senha... Não recomendo
 Terrible, bad service, the man seems to be in a bad mood, they don't respect pregnant women... Dish takes more than an hour to come out, without an exact password sequence... I don't recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível fui com minha família almoçar lá no restaurante e fui mal atendido parmegiana cru pedi pra trocar disse que não faz troca que me vira pra comer que horror e o rapaz do caixa super ignorante no atendimento, depôs veio ser garçom e me servir o prato como pode a pesao que trabalha com alimento sai pra pra ca toda hora ,sei que gentileza mas não passa de uma porquisse ainda mais pandemia...
Horrible I went with my family to have lunch there at the restaurant and I was poorly served raw parmesan I asked to change said there is no change I turn around to eat what a horror and the cashier guy super ignorant in the service, he later came to be a waiter and serve me the dish as the weight that works with food can come here all the time, I know it's kind but it's just a whim even more pandemic...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, comprei 2 parmegiana de carne com requeijão demorou uma eternidade e ainda a carne veio gelada!
Isso porque o caixa diss que levava 20 minutos.
Fora uma surpresa na bandeja ( uma barata andando ) e a moça nem se preocupou em trocar a bandeja e o prato só matou a barata com a mão e passou álcool no balcão somente! Experiência horrível!
Não recomendo a ninguém!
Horrible, I bought 2 meat parmigiana with curd, it took forever and the meat came out cold!
That's because the cashier said it took 20 minutes.
It was a surprise on the tray (a cockroach walking) and the girl didn't even bother to change the tray and the dish only killed the cockroach with her hand and only rubbed alcohol on the counter! Horrible experience!
I don't recommend it to anyone!

Não consegui terminar de comer. Só comi o arroz e a salada.
Entendo que não é culpa dos funcionários, contudo o proprietário poderia se atendar ao padrão das refeições.
Terrible. Parmigiana (meat) bitter and small, fries withered, raw and cold.
I couldn't finish eating. I only ate the rice and the salad.
I understand it's not the staff's fault, however the owner could meet the standard of meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente do céu o que aconteceu com a Patroni... Infelizmente não queria avaliar assim, mas fazer o que... Espero que abstenha alguém de fazer pedido lá. A pizza não é mais como antigamente, a massa está ruim parece um pão caseiro massudo por baixo.. os toppings muito salgados...
Eu amava essa franquia.
Não volto mais.
Heavenly people what happened to Patroni... Unfortunately I didn't want to evaluate it like that, but what can I do... I hope you refrain from placing an order there. The pizza is not like it used to be, the dough is bad, it looks like a doughy homemade bread underneath.. the toppings are too salty...
I loved this franchise.
I won't be back.
