★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gostei da pizza do patroni, desde a época que tinha borda recheada de salsicha. Porém, fui ontem na unidade do Mogi Shopping. PIZZA HORRÍVEL... pedi para colocarem molho extra, gosto de pizza com bastante molho; Foi a mesma coisa do que não ter falado nada, aliás mal colocaram molho de tomate! Muzzarela com muito pouco recheio, calabreza idem! A pizza com a massa dura e seca! Pouco molho de tomate e muito pouco recheio! HORRÍVEL!!! NÃO RECOMENDO e também nunca mais eu volto! Realmente uma decepção. Não sei se a gerência ou o dono está por dentro da situação, mas precisam pelo menos colocar recheio na pizza!! Tem muita pizza congelada de mercado melhor do que esta que eu tive o desprazer de comer ontem por 38.90 se não me engano!
 I have always enjoyed patroni's pizza since the time it had sausage-stuffed edges. However, I went yesterday to the Mogi Shopping unit. HORRIBLE PIZZA ... I asked to put extra sauce, I like pizza with a lot of sauce; It was the same thing as not saying anything, in fact they barely put tomato sauce! Mozzarella with very little filling, calabreza idem! The pizza with the hard and dry dough! Little tomato sauce and very little stuffing! HORRIBLE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND and I will never be back! Really a disappointment. I don't know if the management or the owner is aware of the situation, but at least they need to fill the pizza !! There's a lot better frozen pizza than I had the dislike of eating yesterday for 38.90 if I'm not mistaken!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza fria (Vc está num shopping à passeio e ti servem pizza fria?????) e automaticamente meio crua, pouquíssimo recheio, promoção de 1 pizza e 2 refris por 39.90 mas a atendente só oferece 2 opções da bebida sendo que não havia absolutamente nada discriminado sobre essa opção.
Quando é um item ok, mas quando são vários itens negativos aí não deve haver perdão! NÃO indico pra ninguém!!
O que mais tem é opção de pizza no Mogi shopping!
Ah... só mais um detalhe: funcionário mau humorado merece RUA!! tem um monte querendo a vaga desse que faz por não merecer !!
Cold pizza (You are in a shopping mall and you serve cold pizza ?????) and automatically half raw, very little filling, promotion of 1 pizza and 2 refreshments for 39.90 but the attendant only offers 2 drink options, there was none absolutely nothing discriminated about this option.
When it is an ok item, but when there are several negative items there should be no forgiveness! I don't recommend it to anyone !!
What else is pizza option at Mogi shopping!
Ah ... just one more detail: bad tempered employee deserves STREET !! there are a lot wanting the vacancy of this one who does not deserve it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Pedi 4 parmegianas com salada e vinagrete. Não me entregaram 2 saladas e vinagrete, a carne estava seca e um molho horrível. E para completar chegou 30 min atrasado. Joguei 200 reais no lixo.
Bad experience. I ordered 4 parmegianas with salad and vinaigrette. I was not given 2 salads and vinaigrette, the meat was dry and a horrible sauce. And to complete it arrived 30 min late. I threw 200 reais in the trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Fiz um pedido de linguiça prime q estava constando como NOVO no cardápio ,quando fui retirar o pedido era outro tipo de linguiça. Questionei a atendente,explicando que o pedido não havia sido aquele, ela respondeu q mudaram o cardápio. Contudo não avisou quando o pedido foi realizado. Questionei porque ela não havia avisado,e ela respondeu com um desculpe de maneira grosseira. Perguntei qual a sugestão dela para resolvermos o problema e novamente ela respondeu com um desculpe grosseiro, como se quem estivesse errada fosse eu. No fim o pedido não foi trocado, mesmo estando errado. Aparentemente é um problema recorrente, pois lendo os comentários aqui vi que outras pessoas reclamaram da mesma coisa. Além disso o preço não condiz com a mediocridade da comida. A pessoa que estava comigo pediu um parmegiana de frango e estava queimado, era minúsculo e ruim. Não gaste seu dinheiro nesse lugar.
Bad experience. I placed an order for prime sausage q was listed as NEW on the menu, when I went to pick up the order it was another type of sausage. I asked the attendant, explaining that the request had not been the one, she replied that they changed the menu. However, he did not give notice when the order was placed. I asked why she hadn't warned, and she replied with a rude apology. I asked what her suggestion was for us to solve the problem and again she replied with a rude apology, as if it was me who was wrong. In the end the order was not changed, even if it was wrong. Apparently it is a recurring problem, because reading the comments here I saw that other people complained about the same thing. Furthermore, the price does not match the mediocrity of the food. The person who was with me asked for a chicken parmegiana and it was burnt, it was tiny and bad. Don't spend your money in that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi hj por delivery. Pizza cara, custou R$65,00 e chegou fria. Minúscula, uma falta de respeito. Pizza de baixíssima qualidade, inferior às vendidas nos supermercados da cidade, mas com o dobro do preço. Pouco recheio, pizza pequena. Não peço nunca mais. Deveriam ter vergonha de entregar este péssimo produto de vocês, que não deve ter gasto nem R$5,00 para produzir com custo de material.
I ordered hj for delivery. Expensive pizza, cost R $ 65.00 and arrived cold. Tiny, a lack of respect. Pizza of very low quality, inferior to those sold in supermarkets in the city, but at twice the price. Little filling, small pizza. I never ask for more. They should be ashamed to deliver this terrible product from you, which should not have spent even R $ 5.00 to produce at a material cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, pedimos uma linguiça "prime", que estava numa foto GIGANTE do banner ao lado do caixa, lá estao duas linguiças longuinieas de uns 15cm cada, na hora que entregaram a comida, me mandaram 2 toscanas pequenas daquelas de churrasco, fomos reclamar a atendente falou que não estava mais no cardápio e esqueceram de trocar o Banner, pedimos uma solução e recebemos um "Me desculpe!"
Lamentável, me senti enganado, só não causei confusão pq jamais devolvo comida pra cozinha, vai saber lá o que podem fazer....
Bad experience, we ordered a "prime" sausage, which was in a GIANT photo of the banner next to the cashier, there are two long sausages of about 15cm each, at the time they delivered the food, they sent me two small Tuscan sausages, we went to complain the attendant said it was no longer on the menu and they forgot to change the Banner, we asked for a solution and received an "I'm sorry!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior jantar de uma sexta feira, pedi uma porção de picanha por ser uma carne macia,veio uma carne fria dura com pão doce duro de péssima qualidade,oposto da propaganda,não recomendo.
The worst dinner on a Friday, I asked for a portion of picanha for being a soft meat, it came a hard cold meat with hard sweet bread of poor quality, opposite of the advertisement, I don't recommend it.

We bought the individual chocolate one, it was horrible without conditions to eat, it was the worst 19.90 I spent in my life, it's not for the value but for the quality and service then from the cashier girl without comments ?
