Não tocou campainha, nem deu bom dia, não usava uniforme da empresa, péssimo ao se expressar, sem instrução e sem educação! Que falta de responsabilidade hein, Patrus? Não encontrou ninguém em casa e bateu no primeiro vizinho que estava. Num sábado à tarde. Se a rapidez prometida envolve procedimentos assim, prefiro os Correios.
To my surprise, the person who delivered the product I ordered was a neighbor I had NEVER seen before in my life. A box containing a purchase of almost 1500 reais. Estou aguardando uma mercadoria que preciso com urgência e a transportadora simplesmente colocou no sistema de rastreamento "não foi possível realizar a entrega", detalhe: no horário de 21:37 em uma sexta-feira. Quem faz entrega em um horário desses? E mesmo considerando o horário totalmente fora do horário comercial, havia pessoas no local para receber a entrega e em nenhum momento tentaram fazê-la. Tentei entrar em contato com a unidade responsável mas mesmo constando como "aberto" até as 13h de sábado, não consegui ser atendida. E agora sabe-se lá quanto tempo vão demorar pra fazer a próxima tentativa. Experiência super negativa!
Simply ridiculous!
