★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima,ruim,se tivesse mais alguns adjetivos eu colocaria... Será que o proprietário desta empresa sabe o que acontece nesta bagunça.... Pq está TRANSPORTADORA se isso pode ser chamada de transportadora e uma bagunça eles demoram 12 doze dias para trazer uma encomenda de montes claros até Sta. Maria Jetibá ES.. são 680km.... Tenho TRANSPORTADORA que é realmente uma empresa que sai de Santa Catarina quase 2000km e entregam aqui em 5 dias..VCS DEVERIAM DE TER VERGONHA E MAIS RESPEITO PELOS CLIENTES...neste caso não seria eu pq eu nunca iria né submeter a uma zona desta... Além de demorar uma cara pra entregar quando entrega ainda entrega a mercadoria errada e demoraram mais 12 dias para reparar o erro.... DEVERIAM ser chamada de expresso TARTARUGA.. seria o nome mais apropriado para eles...UMA VERGONHA, UMA BAGUNÇA NINGUÉM SABE DE NADA e ainda tem de ficar 5 minutos no telefone ouvindo aquela baboseira , de eleita como fornecedor ouro pela boticário e outras coisas... Vcs deveriam era ter vergonga isso sim .... Pecima , ruim , atrasada , fora da realidade....

Why is CARRIER if this can be called a carrier and a mess they take 12 twelve days to bring an order of clear hills to Sta. Maria Jetibá ES .. are 680km .... I have a CARRIER that is really a company that leaves Santa Catarina almost 2000km and deliver here in 5 days..VCS SHOULD HAVE SHAME AND MORE RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS ... in this case would not be me because I would never right to submit to a zone of this ... Besides taking a face to deliver when delivery still delivers the wrong goods and took another 12 days to repair the error .... to be called a TURTLE express .. would be the most appropriate name for them ... A SHAME, A BUMB NOBODY KNOWS NOTHING and has yet to spend 5 minutes on the phone listening to that nonsense, elected as gold supplier by apothecary and other things. .. You s should was to have shame that yes .... Poor, bad, late, unrealistic ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda vez que uma mercadoria minha vem pela Patrus, ela agarra nesse centro de distribuição por mais de uma semana, vou começar a cancelar todas as compras que eu fizer, e a Patrus for a transportadora, sem contar que a área destinada a contatos deles não funciona, ninguém responde.
Every time a product of mine comes through Patrus, it grabs this distribution center for more than a week, I will start canceling all purchases I make, and Patrus is the carrier, not to mention that the area for their contacts does not works, no one answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mercadoria do mercado livre veio por ela atrasou na entrega e quando a gente entra em contato com a empresa fala q n pode da informações do rastreio péssimo péssimo mais pelo menos os porteiros de lá são muito bom me atenderam e fizeram o que tava no alcance deles pra poder ajudar se continuar assim e melhor fecha do que faser as pessoas passa por esses transtornos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa impossível de se comunicar! Tô tentando entrar em contato há dias e ninguém atende, fora que no rastreio consta que eles tentaram fazer entrega, sendo que provavelmente, nem passaram em frente a casa, pois fica gente o dia inteiro em casa.
