Marquei um serviço para o dia do meu casamento e infelizmente atrasei alguns minutos para o atendimento, mesmo avisando e pedindo desculpas pelo imprevisto ocorrido (que não foi culpa minha) a profissional me tratou de uma maneira super rude, tentei conversar mas tudo convergia para uma discussão, como se eu também estivesse sendo arrogante. Me senti muito mal, fiquei nervosa com vontade de chorar e de ir embora, mas o horário marcado para o casamento já estava chegando e não dava pra eu me arrumar sozinha ou procurar alguém.
Durante o atendimento não trocamos uma palavra além do necessário, o que mudou apenas com a chegada do fotógrafo que começou a filmar ela me arrumando, só então que a profissional me tratou como deveria, dizendo que daria tudo certo e brincando como se há minutos atrás nada tivesse acontecido. No final do atendimento ela tirou fotos, postou no stories do Instagram sem minha permissão e pra eu tê-las foi necessário pedir.
Enfim, me senti e ainda me sinto péssima diante do ocorrido. Foi minha primeira experiência no salão e a última.
I didn't have a good experience with Paty. I made an appointment for my wedding day and unfortunately I was a few minutes late for the appointment, even though I warned and apologized for the unforeseen event (which was not my fault) the professional treated me in a super rude way, I tried to talk but everything converged to a discussion, as if I was also being arrogant. I felt really bad, I was nervous with the urge to cry and leave, but the time for the wedding was already coming and I could not get ready alone or look for someone.
During the service we did not exchange a word beyond what was necessary, which changed only with the arrival of the photographer who started filming her tidying me up, only then that the professional treated me as she should, saying that everything would be all right and playing as if a few minutes ago nothing had happened. At the end of the service she took pictures, posted on Instagram stories without my permission and for me to have them it was necessary to ask.
Anyway, I felt and still feel terrible about what happened. It was my first experience at the salon and the last.
