Ao negociar um pneu, depois de meia hora verificaram que não tinha no estoque. Como não ia colocar o produto que me ofereceram em troca ao que não tinha, bem mais caro, colocaram esse pneu da foto (não era o meu) para que eu fosse embora da loja, imprudentes, imperitos com a minha segurança.
Atendimento sem qualidade, preocupados apenas em vender sem prezar a segurança dos clientes.
 Tire replaced when they did not have the product informed.
When negotiating a tire, after half an hour they found that it was out of stock. As I was not going to put the product they offered me in exchange for what I didn't have, much more expensive, they put this tire in the picture (it was not mine) so that I would leave the store, reckless, imperfect with my safety.
Service without quality, concerned only with selling without regard to the safety of customers.

Preço justo com mercado. Explicaram tudo que fariam antes, inclusive valores e forma de pagamento. Não empurraram nenhum serviço/peça extra. Rápido e prático. Recomendo.
I just got out of there, already tested it and it was very good after changing the 4 tires with alignment and balance. Great service from reception to delivery of the vehicle ready. Fair price with market. They explained everything they would do before, including amounts and payment method. They didn't push any extra service/parts. Fast and convenient. I recommend.

Just not pushing service, it already deserved 5 stars, but it was also the cheapest place where I found a specific Goodyear tire.
