Pedi um lanche vegetariano para dividir com minha esposa, vegetariana, e depois de 45 minutos de espera, me chega um lanche de FRANGO, quando fui reclamar, não podiam nos enviar outro, pois estavam fechando.....a solução, me enviar outro amanhã ( posso esperar e jantar hoje amanhã né?), ou comprar em outro lugar e pagar metade.....comprar dois lanches e pagar um e meio e comer um.....ótimo negócio!

I asked for a vegetarian snack to share with my wife, a vegetarian, and after 45 minutes of waiting, I got a CHICKEN snack, when I went to complain, they couldn't send us another one, because they were closing ..... the solution, send me another tomorrow (I can wait and have dinner today tomorrow right?), or buy somewhere else and pay half ..... buy two snacks and pay one and a half and eat one ..... great deal!

No mínimo de RESPEITO e EDUCAÇÃO com cliente.
Não volto a compra mais nesse lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente no Paulinho por 3 anos. Sempre fiz comentários calorosos por adorar o sabor, sempre elogiando nas redes sociais. Mas certo dia fiz um pedido que simplesmente não chegou, esperei mais de duas horas e nada. Até hoje o restaurante não se pronunciou, não se explicou pelo ocorrido. Infelizmente, não compro nunca mais.
I was a client at Paulinho for 3 years. I always made warm comments for loving the flavor, always praising on social media. But one day I made a request that just didn't come, I waited more than two hours and nothing. To this day, the restaurant has not commented, has not explained what happened. Unfortunately, I never buy again.
