★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os aparelhos são bons, a academia não é climatizada como dizem, faz muito calor. O que me deixou mais desapontada foi o relacionamento dos instrutores (não todos) com os alunos e também o atendimento. Atendimento precisa melhorar muito, a galera precisa de fato de um treinamento. Os instrutores (não todos) não te dão atenção, vá sabendo que é você e você e por você.
 The devices are good, the gym is not air conditioned as they say, it is very hot. What left me most disappointed was the relationship of the instructors (not all) with the students and also the service. Service needs to improve a lot, people really need training. The instructors (not all) do not pay attention, go knowing that it is you and you and for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto dos profissionais, pelo menos comigo todos são bem atencioso, educados e além de mostrar os exercícios e olham se estão sendo executados corretamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ponto forte é que a academia tem aparelhos ergonomicamente excelentes, dá para ver que são escolhidos por profissionais que realmente entendem de musculação. O ponto fraco é a limpeza do local que deixa muito a desejar, tanto da área de treino, quanto de vestiário e banheiros; em tempos de pandemia, isso se torna mais notável ainda, mas, mesmo sem ela, a falta de limpeza é um fator que se observa. Acredito que se a academia melhorar alguns pontos, dentre eles a limpeza, pode voltar a ser uma das academias mais competitivas da cidade, pois, como disse, os aparelhos são bons e os profissionais também.
The strong point is that the gym has ergonomically excellent equipment, you can see that they are chosen by professionals who really understand bodybuilding. The weak point is the cleanliness of the place, which leaves a lot to be desired, both in the training area and in the locker room and bathrooms; in times of a pandemic, this becomes even more remarkable, but even without it, the lack of cleanliness is a factor that can be observed. I believe that if the gym improves some points, including cleanliness, it can go back to being one of the most competitive gyms in the city, because, as I said, the equipment is good and so are the professionals.
