★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 05 trocaram a tela do meu celular, botei película e comprei uma capa. Fui tão de boa que passei no banco, enfrentei fila pra sacar e ajudar o cara, paguei no dinheiro como ele pediu, e até o botão que nem era do aparelho, pois ele não tinha do modelo do meu, eu aceitei.
Soubesse que ia passar tanta raiva tinha pago no crédito e não aceitaria esse botão de maneira alguma. Aliás, tinha passado longe desse lugar.
No dia 15 quando abri a capa pra olhar a hora, pasmem!!! A tela estava com um rachado e a película intacta, ele não caiu no chão em momento algum.
Levei na loja e disseram que foi a minha chave, sendo que a chave nem fica dentro da minha bolsa com o celular, aí depois disseram que eu pressionei, tentaram de tudo quanto é jeito por a culpa em mim. Mesmo eu afirmando que não quebrei a tela durou 10 dias sem eu fazer nada, que absurdo! Com certeza é de péssima qualidade. Porque eu já troquei a tela de um celular antigo por uma de segunda linha, em outra loja e não aconteceu nada disso, funcionou perfeitamente. Enfim, não trocaram, fizeram pouco caso e eu, me senti enganada. Mas minha consciência tá tranquila, pois o mundo da voltas.

I was so good that I passed the bank, faced the queue to withdraw and help the guy, I paid the money as he asked, and even the button that was not even the device, because he did not have the model of mine, I accepted.
Knowing that I was going to be so angry I had paid on credit and would not accept that button at all. In fact, it had passed far from this place.
On the 15th when I opened the cover to look at the time, amazing !!! The screen was cracked and the film intact, it did not fall to the ground at any time.
I took it to the store and they said it was my key, and the key doesn't even stay in my purse with my cell phone, then they said I pressed it, they tried everything they could to blame me. Even though I claimed I didn't break the screen lasted 10 days without me doing anything, how absurd! It sure is of terrible quality. Because I already switched the screen of an old cell phone for a second line in another store and nothing happened, it worked perfectly. Anyway, they didn't change, they ignored me and I felt wrong. But my conscience is quiet, because the world turns you around.
