Bad service, they don't answer the phone, they don't answer whatsapp or email. They take the money and do not deliver on time. I do not recommend it at all. Trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente muito desorganizado, prometem pra um dia, vc chega pra pegar um dia depois e não está pronto. Pedem pra vc esperar q já vão fazer e lá se vai 1 hora do seu dia jogado fora…. Pra receberem o serviço é uma bagunça, a mesma pessoa atende, pega pedido, recebe pagamento, atende 10 pessoas ao mesmo tempo… Uma bagunça. Não recomendo, tem varios lugares q fazem o mesmo serviço e tem um atendimento muito melhor.
Qdo finalmente chegam com suas fotos, qualidade péssima e dizem q foi a resolução, sendo q as fotos foram enviadas por email com a resolução pedida.
Unfortunately very disorganized, they promise for one day, you arrive to pick it up a day later and it's not ready. They ask you to wait for what they are going to do and there goes 1 hour of your day thrown away…. To receive the service is a mess, the same person answers, takes the order, receives payment, serves 10 people at the same time… A mess. I do not recommend, there are several places that do the same service and have a much better service.
When they finally arrive with their photos, poor quality and they say it was the resolution, and the photos were sent by email with the requested resolution.
