★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá por indicação de mecânico da minha namorada para efetuar a troca do catalisador do carro dela, o funcionário ficou de ligar depois, pois deixamos o carro lá para ele certificar o conserto, eu disse que na hora que ele ligasse avisando sobre o concerto confirmar se ia ou não fazer aliamento e balanceamento, o mesmo na hora que ligou passou um valor de $1175,00 pela manutenção da troca do catalisador.
Quando foi pra retirar o carro ele me informou que ficaria um valor de $1360,00 pois além da manutenção que ele trocou o catalisador teria feito também por conta própria aliamento e balanceamento dizendo que quando ligou e falou com minha namorada, ele teria combinado isso, porém tudo mentira. Além de que fui pegar o catalisador quebrado ele me disse q combinou a base de troca outra coisa que não ocorreu, pessoas leigas sabem que essa peça usada vale mais de $600,00 devido um material fino que tem como componente. Ele ficou de devolver a peça porém até hoje não se manisfestou...
Mentiu 2 vezes, uma quando disse q falou a base de troca e outra quando disse que quando ligou pra passar o valor da manutenção que iria fazer aliamento e balanceamento, fez o serviço e depois só cobrou... Espero não fazer mais serviço num lugar assim, e falarei ao mecânico que o indicou só seu péssimo serviço prestado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O senhor que atende muito mal educado grosso sem humildade nenhuma por ser um idoso deveria ter um pouco mais de empatia . Se alguém procura um borracheiro a noite . Com certeza é por necessidade . Além de ser caro o serviço você é recebido com muita grosseria. Estava em busca de prestação de serviço e não estava pedindo nada. Então o mínimo é ter educação.
