Apenas fiquei sabendo de um comentário desnecessário, onde pedi que fosse um caminhão baixo pq não entraria no portão e o funcionário comentou que eu é que retirasse com meu carro já que estava exigindo. Triste. Mas não deixarei de comprar por causa do infeliz comentário.
Great service from all staff. I only heard of an unnecessary comment, where I asked for a low truck because I would not enter the gate and the official commented that I was to withdraw with my car since it was demanding. Sad. But I will not stop buying because of the unfortunate comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!...gastei mais de $5000,00 nesta loja (Morumbi) em Paulínia,...tive problemas com os pisos que vieram quebrados, comprei ao todo mais de 150m2 de piso e teve vários quebrados!,...tirei fotos, mandei por email como a vendedora orientou e depois de bastante enrolação, pediram que eu levasse todos os pissos (quebrados na loja),...isso é absurdo ninguem fica guardando piso quebrado, o pedreiro usou a parte que dava para fazer o "roda-pé"....depois fui tratado com total descaso por um senhor de nome Acácio, o qual com falta de profissionalismo e respeito pelo cliente, me disse pra ir procurar os meus direitos...coisa que já estou providenciando...NUNCA MAIS RETORNO NESSA LOJA..TOTAL INCOMPETÊNCIA E FALTA DE RESPEITO PELO CONSUMIDOR.
Terrible! ... I spent more than $ 5000.00 in this store (Morumbi) in Paulínia, ... I had problems with the floors that came broken, I bought more than 150m2 of floor and had several broken ones !, ... I took pictures , I sent it by email as the salesperson instructed and after a lot of trouble, they asked me to take all the pieces (broken in the store), ... this is absurd no one keeps keeping broken floors, the mason used the part that was used to do the " roda-pé "... then I was treated with total disregard by a man named Acácio, who with a lack of professionalism and respect for the client, told me to go look for my rights ... something I am already providing. NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CONSUMER.
