Porém 2 dias depois precisei devolver uma peça que não serviu por circunstância alheia a minha vontade e solicitei outro material necessário, para minha surpresa o indivíduo se mostrou insatisfeito inclusive atirando saco com o produto ao solo, inclusive verbalizando: " aí Fulana Perdeu a venda". Pelo visto desconheçe o Art. 49 do CDC. Paguei a diferença a maior na compra e fui embora, percebi em casa q tinha pago valor a além do devido. Ao voltar ao estabelecimento, mais uma vez o tal indivíduo mau se importou com minha presença, simplesmente falou a atendente: O que foi fulana?? Pode devolver o troco dele aí. Com tal atitude arrogante demonstra uma falta de tato social. No mais, desejo que o mesmo eleve seu nível de consciência a fim de tratar com respeito seus clientes.

Apparently you are unaware of Art. 49 of the CDC. I paid the biggest difference on the purchase and left, I realized at home that I had paid more than what was due. Upon returning to the establishment, once again the bad guy cared about my presence, the attendant simply said: What was so-and-so? You can return his change there.
