★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária horrível. Tentei fechar 4 negócios diferentes e eles não conseguiram me atender em nenhum. As corretoras me enrolaram o quanto conseguiram, até que procurei outra imobiliária e resolvi tudo em poucos dias.
 Horrible real estate. I tried to close 4 different deals and they were unable to attend me in any. The brokers rolled me up as much as they could, until I looked for another real estate company and solved everything in a few days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou proprietária de imóvel, não devolvem o imóvel como recebem. Péssimo atendimento, demoram para resolver problemas (quando resolvem!). Não cobram inquilinos inadimplentes, simplesmente te ignoram. Não indico.
I am a property owner, do not return the property as they receive. Poor service, take time to solve problems (when they solve!). They do not charge delinquent tenants, they simply ignore you. I do not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho bastante dificuldade deles mandar o boleto todos mês pricipalmente agora em pandemia, eles demoram responder , o atedimeateo é péssimo depois que eu mando mensagen para tres deles e para a proprietária eles respondem, um ou dois funcionários sao excelentes, não recomendo para ninguém essa Imobiliárias a minha sorte que tenho contato da proprietária um amor de pessoa,ela sempre me ajuda a falar com eles.. ?
I have enough trouble them send the ticket all pricipalmente month now pandemic, they are slow to respond, the atedimeateo sucks then I command post for three of them and owning them respond, one or two employees are excellent, I do not recommend to anyone this Real estate my luck that I contact the owner one person's love, she always helps me to talk to them .. ?
