Poor post-purchase service. I made a purchase on March 08 and to this day (03/19/19) I did not receive the tracking code and did not even respond to my email. Lack of professionalism and respect with customers.

I bought at the Paulo Cezar Vestido Store and I was extremely satisfied! Very easy ordering process, delivery within the informed deadline and attention note 10! Haaa and the product is simply wonderful, .. The copper bed is making the biggest hit among my friends =)

A loja não cumpre prazos???provavelmente recebem um valor e despacham com valor mais barato para lucrar nas vendas, um absurdo!!!
Vou alertar quantas pessoas puder para não caírem nesse conto da loja Paulo Cézar Enxovais.

O único problema é que vcs NAO cumprem o que é pago e acordado.
Paguei mais caro para receber em ATÉ 5DU, e o produto só foi postado no dia limite que deveria ter sido entregue e ainda pq eu fui verificar o rastreador e ele não existia, então mandei uma msg e o produto foi postado às 19,31 horas desse dia, após toda minha reclamação e avaliação no site.
Lamento não ter visto tantas avaliações negativas antes da compra, NUNCA mais volto a comprar de vcs e vou alertar minhas amigas.

First and last purchase with this store, on 09/02/19 I bought a sofa protector, I paid more to arrive in 5 working days and only today I receive the tracking of the delivery. No crawling site exists. How is it?
The store does not meet deadlines ??? They probably receive a value and dispatch with cheaper value to profit from sales, an absurd !!!

The only problem is that you DO NOT comply with what is paid and agreed upon.
I paid more to receive in UP TO 5DU, and the product was only posted on the deadline that should have been delivered and still because I went to check the crawler and it did not exist, so I sent a message and the product was posted at 19.31 hours of that day, after all my complaint and evaluation on the site.
Sorry to have not seen so many negative reviews before the purchase, I NEVER buy from you again and I will alert my friends.
