★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico a ninguém. Comprei um par de alianças ouro 16k e com 3 dias a mesma começou a descascar. Me falaram que por cima do ouro 16k, tinha um banho de ouro 18k. A Aliança vive ficando verde, a parte da solda é preta e a aliança que deveria ser no mínimo dourada é tão preta como carvão.
I don't recommend it to anyone. I bought a pair of 16k gold wedding rings and after 3 days it started to peel. I was told that on top of the 16k gold, there was an 18k gold plated. The ring keeps turning green, the solder part is black and the ring that should be at least gold is as black as charcoal.

Encomendei um anel de formatura e me deram um prazo de 8 dias. Pois bem, paguei o anel antecipadamente, quando chegou a data combinada fui buscar e disseram que não estava pronto, que não podiam fazer nada. TOTAL DESCASO COM A CLIENTE!!! O anel do ficou pronto MAIS DE 20 DIAS DEPOIS do que deram. Enfim, NAO USEI O MEU ANEL NA MINHA FORMATURA. Incompetência e descrédito!!! Quando solicitei o estorno ainda acharam ruim e disseram que estava pronto, não quis mais, pois já havia passado a festa! Fiquei traumatizada!

I ordered a graduation ring and they gave me a deadline of 8 days. Well, I paid for the ring in advance, when the agreed date arrived, I went to get it and they said it wasn't ready, that they couldn't do anything. TOTAL NEGLIGENCE WITH THE CUSTOMER!!! The ring was ready MORE THAN 20 DAYS LATER than it was given. Anyway, I didn't wear my ring to my graduation. Incompetence and disrepute!!! When I requested the chargeback, they still thought it was bad and said it was ready, I didn't want it anymore, because the party had already passed! I was traumatized!
