Fiz o pedido dia 03/03/2022, solicitei que entregassem no dia seguinte após às 14h, não entregaram alegando que o caminhão não voltou no horário que eles previram, o que impossibilitou a minha entrega.
Eles perguntaram se havia a possibilidade de entregar no sábado ou segunda-feira no primeiro horário, rapidamente pedi para entregar segunda cheguei a voltar atrás da minha decisão pois tinha conseguido alguém para colocar o material pra dentro no sábado. Só tive respostas incoerentes, nem positiva nem negativa, foi mantida a entrega para segunda-feira no caso hoje dia 07/03/2022, "para o primeiro horário e cedinho" só que já são 10:40 e nada do material ser entregue, não sei em que mundo isso não pode ser considerado "cedinho"
Se não querem estresse após fechar a compra, recomendo que procurem outra loja pois não é a primeira vez que fazem isso comigo
Their price is very low compared to others in the region but in many moments the economy is not worth it.
I placed the order on 03/03/2022, I asked them to deliver the next day after 2 pm, they did not deliver claiming that the truck did not return at the time they predicted, which made my delivery impossible.
They asked if there was a possibility to deliver on Saturday or Monday at the first time, I quickly asked to deliver on Monday I went back on my decision because I had gotten someone to put the material in on Saturday. I only had incoherent answers, neither positive nor negative, delivery was kept for Monday, in this case today 07/03/2022, "for the first time and early" only it is already 10:40 and nothing of the material is delivered, I don't know in what world this can't be considered "early"
If you don't want stress after making the purchase, I recommend you look for another store because it's not the first time they've done this to me
