★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo , não retornam aos e-mails que envio , já enviei vários e-mails interessado em locar imóveis na granja viana mas não obtenho retorno , dias após solicitar informações sobre os imóveis oferecidos e não receber retorno , eles me enviam e-mail perguntando como foi o atendimento recebido , eu respondo que não houve nenhum atendimento , mais uma vez não respondem , ligo no numero que aparece no anuncio mas ninguém atende .
Desrespeito total .
Lousy service, do not return to the emails I send, I've sent several emails interested in leasing real estate in the viana farm but I do not get a return, days after requesting information about the offered properties and not receiving a return, they send me an email asking how was the service received, I reply that there was no service, once again do not respond, I call the number that appears in the advertisement but nobody answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não me dá problemas mas todos os meses precisa ligar cobrando os repasses senão eles " esquecem " de fazer. Acredite se quiser mesmo o inquilino pagando em dia eles não fazem pq ficou parado na mesa do chefe ou outra desculpa similar. Acho bastante descaso com o interesse do cliente e desorganização.
It doesn't give me any problems but every month I need to call, charging for transfers, otherwise they "forget" to do it. Believe me if you really want the tenant paying on time they do not do it because he stood at the boss's table or another similar excuse. I find it quite disregarding the client's interest and disorganization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A corretora Maria do Socorro que fez a intermediação da locação do meu imóvel é uma excelente profissional. Não considero o mesmo da parte administrativa. Deixaram o locatário do meu imóvel sair devendo contas de consumo, quase todos os meses eu tive que ligar pedindo que me repassassem o aluguel descumprindo cláusulas contratuais de administração do meu imóvel o que é muito desagradável para o cliente, não respondem e-mail. Cobram 6 porcento para administrar o imóvel, mas as vezes é melhor pagar pouco mais e receber um bom serviço por isso. Para locação recomendo, agora não recomendo para administrar o imóvel.
The broker Maria do Socorro who brokered the lease of my property is an excellent professional. I do not consider it the administrative part. Let the tenant should leave my property utility bills, almost every month I had to call asking me repassassem rent disregarding contractual terms of my property management which is very unpleasant for the customer, do not answer e-mail. They charge 6 percent to manage the property, but sometimes it is better to pay a little more and receive good service for it. To recommend lease, now I do not recommend to manage the property.
