★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi feito contrato de compra e venda, mas por causa da pandemia e perda de emprego do comprador não foi aceito financiamento. Porém a imobiliária não fez o distrato. Procurados para que fosse feito a elaboração desse documento simplesmente desprezaram e até hoje não houve retorno.
Não aconselho qualquer tipo de negócio com essa empresa.
A purchase and sale contract was signed, but because of the pandemic and the job loss of the buyer, financing was not accepted. However, the real estate company did not cancel the contract. Wanted to prepare this document, they simply despised it and until today there has been no return.
I do not advise any kind of business with this company.

Sou inquilina há 2 anos, passam informações e não se responsabilizam pelos e-mais que enviam, mesmo com provas enviadas pela Isabela [funcionária da empresa]. Heloisa e Priscila fazem deboche, não atendem telefone, não conversam e não comunicam nada, só querem dinheiro no bolso e nada de responsabilidade. Não indico para ninguém.

I have been a tenant for 2 years, they provide information and are not responsible for the e-mails they send, even with proof sent by Isabela [company employee]. Heloisa and Priscila make fun of themselves, don't answer the phone, don't talk and don't communicate anything, they just want money in their pockets and no responsibility. I don't recommend it to anyone.
