★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é muito agradável, mas as atendentes não foram simpáticas, parece que estão sendo obrigadas para atender os clientes as que ficam no caixa, quando eu vou comprar um livro perguntam o dinheiro é trovado se não for a cara feia aparece então colocam pessoas na frente que tenham dinheiro trocado depois de 3 ou mais clientes elas arranjam o troco, mas vi que os clientes pagaram em cartões.
 The store is very nice, but the attendants were not friendly, it seems they are being forced to meet customers those that are in the box when I'm going to buy a book ask money is trovado if not the ugly face appears then put people in front that have loose change after 3 or more clients they arrange the change, but I saw that customers paid cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma relação afetiva muito boa com a Paulus! Bons produtos, tem grande respeito pelas pessoas, bom atendimento. Entretanto, as relações trabalhistas na instituição é efêmera demais... Será que o time de trabalhadores é sempre descartável assim? A cultura organizacional de contratação precisa ser revista. Isso não agrega valor a marca e nem às relações de consumo. Meu Insight para a Paulus é, se não mudar esse comportamento institucional, estará fadada a dificuldades sérias... Cada vez que a gente vai à essa loja não se encontra mais os funcionários que estavam na vez anterior.
I have a very good affective relationship with Paulus! Good products, has great respect for people, good service. However, labor relations at the institution are too short-lived ... Is the team of workers always disposable like that? The organizational culture of hiring needs to be revised. This does not add value to the brand or to consumer relations. My Insight for Paulus is, if this institutional behavior does not change, I will be doomed to serious difficulties ... Each time we go to this store, the employees who were the previous time are no longer there.
