★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima devido a falta de profissionalismo dos envolvidos. Menosprezaram do nosso evento na semana do nosso casamento, cobraram por assessoria ineficiente. Utilizaram a decoração do nosso casamento no posterior propositalmente e esconderam doces que estavam inclusos para utilizar posteriormente. Quando fechamos, disseram que serviriam os convidados à vontade, mas recusaram refeição para os convidado, inclusive não servir o fotógrafo,sendo que pagamos por ele também.
No contrato, disseram que disponibilizariam os arranjos ao final da festa, mas recusou para até para a mãe da noiva a retirada, além disso, para piorar, ao final da festa, em momento oportuno, se aproveitou para colher uma assinatura em termo de consentimento do noivo de que tudo tinha sido prestado. Para finalizar, a Ivete, proprietária do local, demonstrou falta de profissionalismo, arrogância e desprezo com a noiva pela nossa festa não ser a mais luxuosa e com maior número de convidados. Pagamos caro, porém fomos tratados como insignificantes. Não temos nada de positivo.
Terrible experience due to the lack of professionalism of those involved. They despised our event the week of our wedding, they charged for inefficient advice. They used the decoration of our wedding in the later on purposely and hidden sweets that were included for later use. When we closed, they said they would serve the guests at will, but they refused a meal for the guests, including not serving the photographer, since we paid for him too.
In the contract, they said that they would make the arrangements available at the end of the party, but refused to withdraw, even for the bride's mother, in addition, to make matters worse, at the end of the party, at an opportune time, he took the opportunity to collect a signature in the consent form of the bridegroom from which everything had been rendered. Finally, Ivete, owner of the venue, showed a lack of professionalism, arrogance and contempt for the bride because our party is not the most luxurious and with the largest number of guests. We paid dearly, but we were treated as insignificant. We have nothing positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar aqui registrado o meu agradecimento a toda a equipe do pavanelli, ontem dia 02/05/22 foi realizada a festa de 70 anos da minha mãe e eu só tenho a agradecer, estava tudo lindo, a comida deliciosa, os meninos que serviram super educados, o Bruno Dj foi ótimo, a Milly gerente da festa foi incrível, super atenciosa e competente , o Edson tbm foi maravilhoso desde o primeiro atendimento , resumindo amamos tudo, muito obrigada, que Deus continue abençoando cada dia mais vcs
I want to record here my thanks to the entire team at pavanelli, yesterday, 05/02/22, my mother's 70th birthday party was held and I just have to thank you, everything was beautiful, the food was delicious, the boys who served super polite, Bruno Dj was great, Milly party manager was amazing, super attentive and competent, Edson was also wonderful from the first service, in short we love everything, thank you so much, may God continue to bless you more each day
