★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice for a short stop while driving to Petrópolis and adjacent districts. You may have several non-spirituous drinks if you are driving and have a nice snack.
There is also a nice mini-market where you can buy cold meats, breads, and various other items of their own making (and many snacs found elsewhere)
The only thing I hate here is the fact that potatoes salad contains peas. I hate canned peas and don't know how opening a can and pouring its contents over an otherwise nice potatoes salad can improve the product.
I think they might be inspired by the famous "Olivier Salad" consumed by the Russian aristocracy I the mid nineteenth century, but I'm quite sure they had no cans at the time.
