Minha vó paga o plano há anos, quase ñ faz uso do mesmo com frequência, precisamos do carro para ir buscá-la pois tinha uma viagem e chegou no dia ( qual foi agendado c/ antecedência) celular ñ atendiam às lig. Motoristas ñ compareceram. Uma falta de respeito muito grande com clientes que além de pagar mensal poderia e assegurado por lei redigir o contrato com a mesmo por má prestação de serviço e falta de assistência!! Porque além de não ter ido busca-la não compareceram pra levá-la uma senhor de quase 70 anos, ficando na rua e pagar um carro por fora, por um serviço qual é cobrado mensalidade, aqui deixo minha queixas, peço que não se repita mais!

My grandmother has paid for the plan for years, she almost doesn't use it often, we need the car to pick her up because she had a trip and arrived on the day (which was scheduled in advance) on her cell phone – they answered calls. Drivers did not show up. A very big lack of respect with customers who, in addition to paying monthly, could and guaranteed by law to draw up a contract with themselves due to poor service and lack of assistance!! Because in addition to not having gone to pick her up, they didn't show up to take her, a woman of almost 70 years old, staying on the street and paying for a car, for a service which is charged monthly, here I leave my complaints, I ask that it not be repeated most!
