★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A assistência por parte da corretora Janete após a locação do imóvel é simplesmente lastimável. Sem contar que, informações do contrato, que deveriam ser sigilosas, saem da imobiliária. Nunca recomendo essa imobiliária.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajei de São Paulo capital a Vinhedo, por recomendação de um amigo que mora no município, com minha família, para ver uns imóveis, mas infelizmente fui auto avaliado por um preconceituoso corretor de imóveis, que nos avaliou com não qualificado para morar no centro de Vinhedo e com a frase infeliz que deveria ir ao bairros de classe baixa que era mais nosso perfil e deveria para de queimar combustível, péssimo profissional, mal que ia negociar a vista, te casa em excelente localização na capital, perdeu a venda com está frase infeliz, não dou minha recomendação a tal atitude, os clientes não podem ser avaliados assim, teria que aparecer com terno e carro importado para negociar, nunca mais!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no sábado dia 2 de Novembro, passado sai de São Paulo, capital com minha família, com a indicação da Imobiliária Pazim de Vinhedo, para minha decepção o péssimo atendimento, quando falamos o valores do imóvel que procurava,a falta de interesse do corretor, que nos deixou claro que os bairros nobre de Vinhedo não era nosso perfil, e maldosamente nos mandou procurar o bairro Vila Capela, preconceituaosamente nos mandou porque era bairro de periferia, era nosso perfil, nós não fomos e na segunda feira, voltei a pessoa que me indicará a imobiliária citada, e meu amigo nos disse que um bairro perigoso que passa por situações de violência. Tenho um imóvel na capital e outro de herança não procurarei mais a imobiliária, nem recomendo por causa desta má indole e má intenção , não fui queimar combustível com disse o corretor da mesma. É professional que olhar as aparências. Péssima impressão deixada. Grupo Pazim, avalie melhor seus profissionais!!!!!
