★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite,a cinco meses comprei nesta loja pbkids um carro elétrico (RS 2799.00)para meu filho e a pois de cinco meses (4vez de uso )da compra veio da defeito onde procurei loja para me ajunda com a conserto do produto ja que o mesmo tenha a garantia de 1 ano informado na hora do pagamento.Onde o gerente nem sai pra falar comigo enviando um funcionário para me avisa que eu teria de leva o carro em Jaboatão pra fazer o conserto.levei para assistência que por sua vez informou que a garantia já via passado que só era de a penas três mês me deixado pra cima e pra baixo. nao recomendo essa loja.
Good night, five months ago I bought an electric car (RS 2799.00) at this pbkids store for my son and after five months (4 times of use) the purchase came from the defect where I looked for a store to help me with the product repair since the even have the guarantee of 1 year informed at the time of payment. Where the manager doesn't even go out to talk to me, sending an employee to let me know that I would have to take the car in Jaboatão to do the repair. I took for assistance, which in turn informed that the guarantee I saw in the past that it was only three months left me up and down. I don't recommend this store.

Fui bem atendida.
Mas como sempre, a cordialidade anda em falta, atendimento com carinho, com respeito. Hoje em dia as pessoas parecem robôs.
