★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente e a música são bons e agradáveis, a comida é ok, mas a estrutura do serviço não é boa. Os lanches não chegam junto, o da minha mãe chegou quando a gente já estava terminando. Duas das batatas do combo não vieram e tivemos que pedir. Quem é vegetariano cuidado, as duas opções de hambúrguer vegetariano do cardápio estavam esgotadas, minha irmã teve que trocar por um monte de mussarela.E por último, há venda casada nos lanches, a maioria dos lanches vem com refrigerante junto, se você quiser somente o lanche sem o refrigerante o preço continua o mesmo.
 The ambiance and music are nice and nice, the food is ok, but the service structure is not good. The snacks did not arrive together, my mother's came when we were already finishing. Two of the combo potatoes did not come and we had to ask. Whoever is vegetarian beware, the two veggie burger options on the menu were sold out, my sister had to swap for a bunch of mozzarella. And lastly, there is a married sale in the snacks, most of the snacks come with soda along, if you just want the snack without the soda the price remains the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos via WhatsApp às 21h30, obtivemos resposta de que a fritadeira tinha super aquecido e não poderia ter fritas no pedido, mesmo assim pedimos e o prazo seria até 50 minutos. Após 50 minutos, informaram que o pedido já tinha saído para entrega. 22h39 me avisaram que não era o meu lanche que tinha saído, pois estava em produção ainda mas sairia em 10 minutos, aceitei mesmo estando zangado. 23h ainda nada do pedido, novamente entrei em contato e fui informado que teve um "problema na chapa", sequer me informaram antes sobre isso e só me informaram após eu tentar contato, mais 10 minutos pra entrega e aceitei apenas com desconto no valor final do pedido (me dariam 1 dos lanches de graça). 23h15 mandei mensagem e novamente me informaram que seriam mais 10 minutos pra entrega. 23h25 me informaram que seriam mais 10 minutos pra entrega, eu informei que caso não chegasse até 23h40, eu não pagaria pelo pedido, mesmo assim me disseram que iria entregar. 23h40 me disseram que meu lanche sairia em 15 minutos, ou seja, em nenhum momento meu lanche foi feito, era tudo enganação. Informei que caso me dessem 50% de desconto eu aceitava, mas sequer tentaram argumentar e disseram que iria cancelar o pedido e nao responderam mais. Caso esse pedido realmente tenha sido produzido, eles preferiram jogar comida fora do que receber o valor de custo do pedido ou qualquer valor pra cobrir o custo de produção. Sinceramente, não ligaria caso fossem transparentes desde o começo do pedido me informando que não conseguiriam produzir os lanches, eu entenderia e procuraria outro restaurante. O que fizeram comigo e com minha família (incluindo crianças) foi algo que não se faz com ninguém, o dinheiro falou muito mais alto do que o atendimento de um cliente recorrente. Não compro mais e vou contar isso pra todas as pessoas possíveis quando este restaurante ser cogitado para um pedido. Triste e revoltante.
We asked via WhatsApp at 9:30 pm, we got a response that the fryer was overheated and could not have fries in the order, even so we asked and the deadline would be up to 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, they informed that the order had already left for delivery. 10:39 pm I was told that it was not my snack that had left, because it was still in production but it would leave in 10 minutes, I accepted it even though I was angry. 23h still nothing from the order, I contacted again and was informed that there was a "problem with the plate", they didn't even inform me before about it and only informed me after I tried to contact, another 10 minutes for delivery and I accepted only with a discount on the final price of the order (they would give me 1 of the snacks for free). 11:15 pm I sent a message and again they informed me that it would be another 10 minutes for delivery. 11:25 pm I was informed that it would be another 10 minutes for delivery, I informed that if it didn't arrive by 11:40 pm, I would not pay for the order, even so they told me I would deliver. 11:40 pm I was told my lunch would be out in 15 minutes, that is, at no time was my snack ready, it was all a mistake. I informed them that if they gave me 50% off I would accept, but they didn't even try to argue and said they would cancel the order and they didn't respond anymore. If this order was actually produced, they would rather throw food away than receive the cost value of the order or any amount to cover the cost of production. Honestly, I wouldn't care if they were transparent from the beginning of the order informing me that they wouldn't be able to produce the snacks, I would understand and look for another restaurant. What they did to me and my family (including children) was something you don't do to anyone, money spoke much louder than the service of a recurring customer. I won't buy anymore and I'll tell as many people as possible when this restaurant is considered for an order. Sad and revolting.
