★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu liguei às 18:40, pedi 5 pães e o refrigerante mais barato. Ao terminar o pedido, perguntei o valor da compra, a atendente avisou que não poderia, pois ainda teria que pesar o pão. Avisei então pelo menos para trazer troco para 20 reais.
Às 20:20, com fome, ligo de novo e a mesma atendente me avisa que ia sair daqui a pouco. Agradeci e ao perguntar se ela já sabia o preço, a mesma falou que a sacola estava longe, mas para relaxar que era pouca coisa, um Tobi só e deu baratinho. Lembrei a ela que ainda tinha os pães.
Às 22:00 eu ligo de novo, sabendo do horário de fechamento do estabelecimento e vendo que cada vez mais era remota a minha entrega. Ao atender, a Atendente, me pediu mil desculpas, mas tinha muita entrega e ela esqueceu a minha. Será que se fosse uma compra de 300 reais, ela iria esquecer? E se esquecesse, ela não ligaria para avisar? Comércio é maré, valorize seu cliente... Pq um dia vai precisar para tirar o barco da lama. Muito obrigado.
I called at 6:40 pm, ordered 5 breads and the cheapest soda. When I finished the order, I asked for the purchase price, the attendant said that she couldn't, because she still had to weigh the bread. So I told them at least to bring change for 20 reais.

When answering, the Attendant apologized to me, but she had a lot of delivery and she forgot mine. Would it be a purchase of 300 reais, would she forget? And if he forgot, wouldn't she call to let him know? Trade is tide, value your customer ... Because one day you will need to get the boat out of the mud. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganização, funcionários mal educados. Horrível. Nunca mais alugo mesas nesta empresa que não respeita e nem sabe treinar funcionários para serem educados. Não recomendo. Bem que o rapaz de outra empresa falou que esta era ruim. Fujam!
Clutter, uneducated employees. Awful. I never rented tables in this company that does not respect and does not know how to train employees to be educated. Would not recommend. Well the guy from another company said it was bad. Run!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento via telefone. O atendente não respeita o horário agendado e acredita que o cliente deva estar a sua disposição o dia inteiro para o recebimento do material. NÃO RECOMENDO.
Bad service via phone. The attendant does not respect the scheduled time and believes that the customer should be available all day to receive the material. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesas e cadeiras entregues sujas, sem condicoes de colocar no evento sem termos que limpar uma a uma. O pranchao alugado foi entregue com as laterais danificadas e descascando. Nao recomendo.
Tables and chairs delivered dirty, unable to be placed at the event without having to clean one by one. The rented board was delivered with the sides damaged and peeling. I do not recommend.
