★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, fui muito bem atendida pelas recepcionistas, medico e enfermeira, fiz todos os meus exames admissionais no mesmo local e tudo em apenas 1 hora. Recomendo.
Excellent service, I was very well attended by the receptionists, doctor and nurse, I did all my admission exams in the same place and everything in just 1 hour. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido.. porém uma das técnicas que colhe sangue e faz o exame do PCR.. não tem muita habilidade.. machuca.. o interno do nariz do paciente.. o exame na boca e colocado o contonete na garganta... Faço esses exames desde que iniciou obrigatoriedade na Petrobras nunca aconteceu isso.. na coleta de Sangue tive os dois braços perfurados deixando hematomas.. a clínica atende rápido.. só tem esse problema..
Fast service .. but one of the techniques that draws blood and does the PCR exam .. doesn’t have much skill .. it hurts .. the internal part of the patient’s nose .. the exam in the mouth and put the contoller in the throat… I do these exams since it started mandatory at Petrobras never happened this .. in the blood collection I had both arms pierced leaving bruises .. the clinic attends quickly .. there is only this problem ..

Horrible service, poorly organized company, they give wrong information and still make the customer wait for hours. I don't recommend it to any company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Responsável pelo local nem bom dia dá (mesmo você dando bom dia a ele), fala palavrão na frente de todos, a atendente pior ainda. Enfermeiras nem olham em sua cara. Não tem cadeira para a demanda do local, demora séculos só para fazer a ficha. Passam valores errados por telefone, liguei duas vezes e me disseram valores diferentes para o mesmo exame, e informaram que poderia fazer transferência no pagamento, chegando lá disseram que o PIX tinha sido excluído e só aceitavam cartão kkk. A outra colega que estava fazendo o exame comigo pagou em dinheiro e não tinha troco kkkkk
Para assinar a ficha eles entregam um aparelho de assinatura digital que não funciona, e o responsável do local acusa todos que tentam e não conseguem de estarem apertando a caneta contra o aparelho com fraqueza e reclama que a assinatura saiu falhada...
As únicas pessoas educadas naquele lugar foi uma atendente que falei por telefone (Mariana) e o doutor que me atendeu (Dr. Jose).
Todo mundo descontente nesse lugar, só por Deus...

The other colleague who was taking the exam with me paid in cash and had no change kkkkk
To sign the form, they hand over a digital signature device that doesn't work, and the person in charge of the place accuses everyone who tries and fails to press the pen against the device weakly and complains that the signature failed...
The only educated people in that place were an attendant I spoke to on the phone (Mariana) and the doctor who attended me (Dr. Jose).
Everyone unhappy in this place, just for God...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar péssimo. Falam que é por ordem de chegada, mas passam na sua frente. Fica 1 hora só pra assinar um papel na recepção e vc não fica nem 2 minutos dentro do consultório médico. Fiquei 1 hora esperando pra passar na recepção e vi muitas fichas trocadas. Espero em Jesus Cristo nunca mais precisar voltar la
Bad place. They say it's on a first-come, first-served basis, but they pass in front of you. It takes 1 hour just to sign a paper at the reception and you don't even stay 2 minutes inside the doctor's office. I waited 1 hour to pass the reception and saw many exchanged chips. I hope in Jesus Christ I never have to go back there
