★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, arrogância e petulância. Impõe à vc o q ele quer fazer em seu aparelho. Muitas Regras absurdas e ainda cobra imposto e adiciona juros no cartão de débito e crédito. Não aceita Pix. CORRA DESSE LUGAR. Achei outro mais EDUCADO, mais barato e sem exigências.
Bad service, arrogance and petulance. It imposes on you what it wants to do on your device. Many absurd Rules and still charge tax and add interest on debit and credit card. Does not accept Pix. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. I found another more EDUCATED, cheaper and without requirements.

The service is good until they are contradicted. From the negative feedbacks of the reviews, we were able to observe this. I took my computer and in the end I managed to fix it myself, it was not the defect they had pointed out.
