★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acidentalmente, caiu no meu pé direito um engradado de água mineral. Não quebrou nenhum osso, mas a unha do dedão quebrou e ficou presa em uma lateral. Fiquei apavorada, pensei que teria que arrancar a unha. Fui super bem atendida no Pé &Corpo e a podóloga, com muita paciência, conseguiu cortar a unha e cuidar de tudo sem que eu sentisse dor.
Accidentally, a crate of mineral water fell on my right foot. It did not break any bones, but the thumbnail broke and was stuck to one side. I was terrified, I thought I had to tear my nail out. I was very well attended at Foot & Body and the podiatrist, with great patience, managed to cut my nail and take care of everything without me feeling pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente contumaz, mas hoje fiquei decepcionada. Não havia marcado hora, entrei e perguntei se havia alguém disponível. Prontamente me foi dito que havia a podologa Ruth. Pediram para eu aguardar. 5 minutos depois, me foi informado que ela pediu para avisar que iria ao banheiro. Aguardei por mais 15 min e ela não voltou. Desisti e informei que não poderia mais esperar. Logo em seguida, recebi um email do agendamento, dizendo que não compareci ao atendimento marcado. Eu estava lá, a podologa que não. Detalhe, email recebido antes das 20h dizendo que esse era o horário. Cheguei lá em torno de 19:15. Lastimável.
I am a regular customer, but today I was disappointed. There was no time, I went in and asked if anyone was available. I was promptly told that there was the podiatrist Ruth. They asked me to wait. Five minutes later I was informed that she asked to warn her that she was going to the bathroom. I waited for another 15 min and she didn't come back. I gave up and said I couldn't wait any longer. Soon after, I received an email from the appointment saying that I did not attend the scheduled appointment. I was there, the podiatrist not. Detail, email received before 8pm saying this was the time. I got there around 19:15. Pitiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente antiga deste lugar, sempre fui bem atendida, porém, fiquei muito decepcionada esta semana após marcar um horário, me deslocar e ao chegar, além de saber que fizeram a marcação errada não havia ninguém para me atender. Sempre confirmaram via whatsapp a consulta, por que não se comunicaram desta vez, permitindo que eu me deslocasse até lá à toa? Total descaso com os clientes.
I am an old customer of this place, I have always been well attended, however, I was very disappointed this week after making an appointment, moving around and arriving, in addition to knowing that they made the wrong appointment there was no one to assist me. They always confirmed the appointment via whatsapp, why didn't they communicate this time, allowing me to go there for nothing? Total neglect with customers.
