É uma empresa familiar onde a comunicação é extremamente difícil, a imobiliária se exime de toda e qualquer responsabilidade.
Não recomendo a ninguém que tenha essa dor de cabeça, se gostou de uma casa ou apto e ver que que é da Pecorari, procure outro lugar e vai evitar muita dor de cabeça na sua vida.
It is by far the worst experience I had in Sāo Paulo, from the beginning of the negotiations, going through the move to the location and even basic problems of not receiving the ticket within the agreed payment deadline.
It is a family business where communication is extremely difficult, the real estate company exempts itself from any responsibility.
I do not recommend to anyone who has this headache, if you liked a house or apartment and see that it is from Pecorari, look elsewhere and you will avoid a lot of headache in your life.
