★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bicicleta SENSE em 2019 na Pedal Brasil e um dos pneus deformou com poucos meses de uso. Levei a bicicleta na loja em abril de 2020 para resolver essa questão. A loja levou cerca de 2 meses para me dar a solução final: informou não ser possível trocar o pneu, oferecendo como solução a venda de um novo pneu pra mim... Contatei diretamente a SENSE, que resolveu a questão, me fornecendo um pneu novo e sem custo algum.
 I bought a SENSE bike in 2019 at Pedal Brasil and one of the tires deformed after a few months of use. I took the bike to the store in April 2020 to resolve this issue. The store took about 2 months to give me the final solution: it informed that it was not possible to change the tire, offering as a solution the sale of a new tire for me... I contacted SENSE directly, who resolved the issue, providing me with a tire new and free of charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri uma Sense Fun M no dia 02-07 e estou muito satisfeito. Eles tem toda a linha Sense e acessórios de primeira linha. Retornei no dia 08-07 para colocar alguns acessórios e fui muito bem atendido pelo próprio dona da empresa! Tem estacionamento da loja, mas se tiver ocupado, tem outro estacionamento público bem na frente!
I purchased a Sense Fun M on 02-07 and I am very satisfied. They have the entire Sense line and top-notch accessories. I returned on 08-07 to put on some accessories and was very well attended by the owner of the company! There's store parking, but if it's busy, there's another public parking lot right in front!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 29/05/2020 - Fui ao estabelecimento disposto a comprar uma Bike para adulto aro 29 anunciada no instagram da marca Sense. Tive também a indicação de um amigo que comprou nesta loja.
Quando entrei no estabelecimento, fiquei mais de 15 minutos esperando atendimento, com 4 funcionários na oficina, realizando manutenções nas bicicletas. Ate olharam para mim, mas não me atenderam.
Presenciei tambem um individuo (Creio que seja o proprietário), do lado de fora da bicicletaria conversando com uma cliente que estava retirando uma bike. Ele me viu saindo sem absolutamente nada em mãos, não perguntou se precisava de ajuda, ou se eu iria comprar algo. E assim ficou...
Me surpreendeu bastante essa postura, principalmente neste momento difícil que estamos vivendo, mas isso é uma particularidade de cada mercado e assim temos que respeitar.
Talvez o mercado de bicicletas esteja bastante aquecido. Vale ressaltar Que havia um Senhor de mais ou menos 50 anos que estava aguardando tambem um atendimento. Ele inclusive chegou comigo, observou toda movimentação, percebeu que também não iria ser atendido e ligou em outra bicicletaria de imediato, utilizou inclusive o google para procurar uma bike aro 16, e foi embora também por não receber atendimento.
Creio que também seria uma pessoa interessada em comprar algo. Lembrando que estávamos com 3 pessoas dentro da loja, 4 funcionários dedicados a manutenções 100% sem se quer perguntar se precisávamos de alguma coisa, e mesmo com esse número baixo de pessoas dentro da loja, tanto de clientes como de funcionários, não fomos se quer atendidos. Que fique a avaliação negativa e o descontentamento com a falta de atendimento e atenção deste ponto comercial com os seus clientes e interessados nos produtos. Infelizmente sai sem a bicicleta.
