Com certa frequência me faço valer da conveniência por ser roteiro, contudo, apesar de relativamente bem equipada deixa a desejar no atendimento.
Até percebo boa vontade, mas falta mesmo é conhecimento técnico de alguns vendedores. Não que isso seja imprescindível, mas faz falta na hora em que buscamos uma pequena do consultoria antes de gastar seu rico dinheirinho. Tudo bem, o vendedor só quer saber de vender, não liga para algo não tão importante que é fidelizar o cliente, fazer o quê. Como disse, a loja atende minha necessidade pela conveniência, somente.
Não obstante, o interessante é que tirem suas próprias conclusões.
