★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem recebido na loja, porém no dia 01/09/2016 tive uma experiência ruim na loja. Fui atendido as 17 horas , solicitei o aperto de de 5 parafusos da coroa, serviço para ser feito de imediato. Não questionei valor cobrado. Passado uns 20 minutos fui na oficina da uma olhada no andamento do serviço. O serviço não tinha nem iniciado. Ao questionar o funcionário/Proprietário que me atendeu sobre a demora no atendimento o mesmo foi a oficina e "falo" com os mecânicos e simplesmente me pediu desculpas e entregou a bike com serviço por fazer! Aos leitores do comentário, recomendo avaliar bem antes de realizar um serviço no estabelecimento.
I was always well received at the store, but on 01/09/2016 I had a bad experience at the store. I was attended at 17 hours, I requested the tightening of 5 crown screws, service to be done immediately. I did not question the amount charged. After about 20 minutes I went to the workshop to take a look at the progress of the service. The service had not even started. When questioning the employee / owner who assisted me about the delay in service the same was the workshop and "talk" to the mechanics and simply apologized and delivered the bike with service to do! To readers of the review, I recommend evaluating well before performing a service on the property.

Good variety of parts and bicycles, the mechanic who changed some components and revised my bike sent very well, the service was very good and the bike was sharp, I didn't even need to adjust anything when I got home, I liked it a lot.
