★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente a mais de 1 ano e meio, simplesmente em um pedido de 50 reais eu apenas pedi por cortesia um adicional de maionese e simplesmente a pessoa de maneira seca disse que se quisesse teria que pagar adicional de 2 reais e antes disso foram grossos e não prestaram um bom atendimento. Pessoas que lidam com público precisam estar sempre receptivas e de bom humor... problemas todo mundo tem, temos que separar isso na hora de ir trabalhar.
Customer for more than 1 year and a half, simply in an order of 50 reais I just asked as a courtesy an additional mayonnaise and simply the person said dryly that if he wanted he would have to pay an additional 2 reais and before that they were thick and not provided good service. People who deal with the public need to be always receptive and in a good mood... everyone has problems, we have to separate them when it's time to go to work.
