★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar o meu desabafo. Sou cliente a mais de 1 ano, sempre peço e meu pedido foi sempre atendido com eficácia. Porém sempre vou buscar. Hoje tentei fazer um pedido para ser entregue e nem a loja de Cabo frio e nem a de São Pedro pode me atender. Dizem que não entregam na minha localidade. Isso é um desrespeito com o cliente, preconceito. Agora sou obrigada a morar no centro pra ser atendida? Se vocês não atendem presencialmente, tem que no mínimo entregar em qualquer localidade.
I would like to let my vent. I've been a customer for more than 1 year, I always ask and my order was always answered efficiently. But I'll always get it. Today I tried to place an order to be delivered and neither the store in Cabo Frio nor the store in São Pedro can serve me. They say they don't deliver to my location. This is disrespect for the customer, prejudice. Now do I have to live downtown to be assisted? If you don't attend in person, you have to at least deliver to any location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei pois quando chegei em casa tinha um cabelo enorme na pizza quando fui puxar saia de dentro da massa voltei lá e eles trocaram mas sinceramente não compro mais pois sou muito enjoada!
I didn't like it because when I got home I had huge hair on the pizza when I pulled a skirt out of the dough I went back there and they exchanged it but honestly I don't buy it anymore because I'm very nauseous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza muito boa, massa excelente e sempre que pesso para deixa-la bem assada, sempre me atendem deixando-a do jeito que eu e minha familia gostamos porém, fiquei meio desapontado com uma atitude da atendente ao pedir se pudessem acrescentar cebola na calabresa em que me respondeu que seria cobrado a mais pela cebola,perfeito, fazer o que né,se é uma norma... Porém quando pedi uma marguerta e veio sem o devido mangericão,que obviamente faz parte do sabor e liguei reclamando, simplesmente responderam que iriam chamar atenção da cozinha, simples assim...
Ou seja,pode vir faltando ingrediente,mas cobram por míseras rodelas de cebola...
Very good pizza, excellent dough and whenever I ask for it to be well roasted, they always serve me leaving it the way my family and I like it, however, I was kind of disappointed with the attitude of the attendant when asking if they could add onions to the pepperoni in who replied that I would be charged more for the onion, perfect, what can I do, if it's a norm... But when I ordered a marguerta and it came without the proper basil, which is obviously part of the flavor and I called complaining, they simply replied that would draw attention from the kitchen, simple as that...
That is, there may be a missing ingredient, but they charge for miserable slices of onion...
