★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sou daqui, acho que este comentário serve para ajudar outras pessoas de fora, tive que trazer meu filho por estar passando mau, o atendimento é péssimo na recepção, demora muito, muito mesmo, sempre lotado, só para se ter uma ideia cheguei às 15:00 e só sai às 18:30.
Não existe painel de chamada no local, chamam pelo nome da criança e como existe muito barulho no local fica difícil escutar, espaço pequeno para aguardar, enfim não recomendo! Procurem outros caso necessitem, porque este é péssimo, outro pequeno detalhe, a criança só pode entrar acompanhada de apenas um responsável só, ou seja, papai ou mamãe, tirem par ou ímpar e vejam quem entra. #brasilpaísdeotários.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao recomendo a ninguém, ambiente super frio para crianças que chegam doentes muitas delas com febre e frio. Muito amadorismo na altura da triagem, toda ela feita em pé e tomando nota num papel post-it e atendimento horrível por parte das enfermeiras que inclusive nos mentiram para poderem atender outros pacientes que tinham chegado depois.
I don't recommend it to anyone, super cold environment for children who arrive sick, many of them with fever and cold. Very amateurish at the time of triage, all of it done standing up and taking notes on a post-it paper and horrible service from the nurses who even lied to us so they could treat other patients who had arrived later.

Estamos em 2022 e triagem no papel? Cheguei com meu filho, com vomito, e outras criancas normais, com outros sintomas mais brandos foram passadas na frente, ou seja, nao seguem uma escala de prioridade? E se tiver alguma crianca com algo mais grave? Como é que ficam as anotacoes segundo a secretaria de saude??
Meus caros donos ou socios, melhorem, se dizem humanos, mas o minimo é olhar para cara do pai/mae.
Tenho é do da funcionaria que fica com post-it tentando organizar a prioridade sendo que existe um sistema pra isto.
