Passei para devolver minhas muletas no dia 19, dia combinado no contrato, mas a loja da Pompéia estava fechada. Desde então tenho tentado entrar em contato sem resposta.
Vcs tem email ou outro meio de comunicação para combinarmos como vamos fazer com a devolutiva? Faltou um espaço para comunicar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em primeiro Lugar o Sr Hélio, prontificou- no dia 10 de janeiro a ir buscar num deposito a faixa tamanho M que eu necessitava para o dia 11 quando após a cirurgia comecei a utilizar.
Porém dia 19 a cinta abriu a costura.Está com problemas. Liguei logo cedo para o Sr. Hélio que disse que isto nunca tin ha acontecido. A marca da Cinta é Biobela. Liguei mais de uma vez e o Sr. Hélio não me responde adequadamente pois necessita ver qual é o processo.
Primeiro a loja é responsável pelo troca e depois resolve com o fabricante
Segundo e o mais importante é uma cinta que eu tenho que usar sem tirar até para dormir e não posso ficar aguardando os "processo",
Será que terei que processar a Pedipé? Espero que não
A Biobela veio hoje trocar a cinta com problemas por uma outra. Foram dois dias difíceis mas felizmente esta´resolvido

Anotou meu telefone para retorno e se eu dependesse deste retorno, estaria sem a cinta até hoje.
já tendo este pé atrás com a loja, retorno hoje mesmo com a incerteza das coisas, pergunto se a aferidor de pressão.
Sim ele tinha 2 modelos, pelo menos e o que transpareceu olhando para as prateleiras, pedi para ver, entra na loja procura e qual a surpresa, não tenho aqui.
1º ponto - minha opinião sobre esta loja jamais será boa, e olha que eu tentei.
2º ponto - os aferidores de pulso na casa de R$ 130,00 e com velcro que é bem melhor R$ 359,00.
Na mesma calçada na DROGARAIA os mesmos produtos R$ 99,00 e R$ 149,00.
Boa sorte pra vocês e tentem ao menos melhorar o atendimento que é pessimo.

Estive na loja essa semana para aquisição de meias de compressão e fui extremamente bem atendida.
Além de me dar a opção adequada da meia, realizando as medidas com minha perna, ainda me ensinou a como fazer a correta higienização do produto e a guarda dela.
Com a pandemia a loja fica com uma fita de segurança na faxada para que as pessoas não fiquem pegando nos produtos, além de estarem fazendo atendimento por telefone!
Atendimento com uso de máscara, comunicados quando o COVID-19 pela loja é álcool disponível .
O estacionamento da loja é pequeno, paga apenas dois carros, mas é possível parar nas ruas ao redor
