1°A funcionaria insinuo que eu peguei a peça do local errado querendo ganhar vantagem de preço.
2°Ja e a segunda vez em que fui maltratada como consumidor e garanto que a última vez que fui ai,uma vez que quando deixamos um cliente insatisfeito perdemos credibilidade ,perdemos dinheiro e indicação...
A variedade e imensa de pedras e imensa e belíssima no entanto o mal atendimento esta em alta nesse estabelecimento entao por essa razão nao frequentarem mais .
E tem mais eu poderia ter feito um boletim de ocorrência por danos morais e processar o estabelecimento afinal sempre paguei corretamente quando frequentei a loja.
Quero deixar registado por que e um absurdo uma loja tao rica com mercadoria e tao pobre de atendimento...
