★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei numa quarta-feira a pedra de mármore para uma pia pequena (55 x 45cm), me prometeram pra uma sexta-feira de manhã. Pela manhã disseram que só ficaria pronta à tarde. À tarde disseram que só ficaria pronta na manhã seguinte. Na manhã seguinte (hoje, sábado) disseram que ficaria pronta até o final da manhã. A loja fecha às 12h mas o gerente prometeu que só fecharia quando me entregasse a pia. Deu 11:45 meu esposo foi pra lá buscar ou esperar que ficasse pronta, mas os funcionários já estavam saindo e o gerente disse que só retornaria o trabalho na segunda-feira. Sendo que só tava feita metade da pia. Ou seja, talvez nem na segunda fique pronta. E o pacote estava fechado com o pedreiro só até o sábado mesmo. Sinda terei prejuízo com a diária do meu pedreiro. Por isso NÃO RECOMENDO este lugar!! Estão acostumados a fazer serviços grandes para empresas e negligenciam clientes menores. Pedras & Cia, nunca mais!!!
 On a Wednesday I ordered the marble stone for a small sink (55 x 45cm), I was promised for a Friday morning. In the morning they said it would only be ready in the afternoon. In the afternoon they said it would not be ready until the next morning. The next morning (today, Saturday) they said it would be ready by the end of the morning. The store closes at 12 pm but the manager promised it would only close when the sink was handed to me. It was 11:45 my husband went there to pick it up or wait for it to be ready, but the employees were already leaving and the manager said he would only return to work on Monday. Since only half of the sink was made. That is, maybe it won't even be ready on Monday. And the package was closed with the bricklayer only until Saturday. I will still have a loss on my mason's daily rate. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place !! They are used to doing large services for companies and neglecting smaller customers. Pedras & Cia, never again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conprei um granito para fazer uma mesa em setembro de 2019, estamos no fim de Junho de 2021, até hoje não me entregaram a mesa nem devolvem meu dinheiro, se não quer levar calote, passe longe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA. Não entregaram o serviço contratado e até hoje não devolveram parte dos 5 mil que paguei na hora. Um dos cheques emitidos pelo dono, Cícero no valor de 2.500, voltou sem fundos e até hoje me enrolam e não pagam. Tremendo caloteiro.
BADLY. They didn't deliver the contracted service and to date they haven't returned part of the 5,000 I paid on the spot. One of the checks issued by the owner, Cicero in the amount of 2,500, came back with no funds and to this day they roll me up and don't pay. Tremendous swindler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz compra de pedra cariri em 18 de março de 2022 e quando da instalação das pedras, verificou-se que faltou cerca de 16 a 20 m2. Desde então tenho feito contato coma empresa para repor o material faltante sem êxito. Empresa só promete que vai entregar e não entrega.
Tento falar por telefone com o dono Sr. Cícero e ele bloqueou meu telefone.
Outra coisa, foi combinado uma parcela inicial e o restante em 3 vezes sem juros, qdo da minha surpresa, quando veio a fatura do cartão eles cobraram juros.
Não comprem dessa empresa.....

Another thing, an initial installment was agreed and the remainder in 3 interest-free installments, when to my surprise, when the card bill came, they charged interest.
Do not buy from this company.....
