Desde a vendedora, bastante atenciosa e disposta a ajudar a resolver o que for necessário na obra, passando pelo menino da confirmação de dimensões no local e terminando com a instalação. Impecáveis! O resultado final foi melhor que o esperado. Indico de olhos fechados.
The whole team is wonderful. From the saleswoman, very attentive and willing to help solve whatever is necessary in the work, going through the boy of the dimensions confirmation on site and finishing with the installation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um experiência horrivel, foram 2 medidores e mesmo assim não conseguiram se entender nas medidas do tanque, devido as esses desencontros de medidas....a entrega atrasou mais de 30 dias (fora o prazo estipulado). No dia previsto da entrega, o agendamento ficou para o período da manhã.....foram chegar às 13h30! E , por fim na hora da instalação para minha surpresa segundo o instalador, a pia estava muito larga 62 cm (essa medida era a certa, conforme projeto) , tiveram que levar para a fábrica e cortar, retornaram no outro dia e instalaram, mas eu achava que eles estavam seguindo o projeto, muito bem o Sr. Danilo instalou e eu achei que estava td certo.
Pois não conferi as medidas do projeto. Enfim o marcineiro foi instalar a cozinha e armários e para a nossa surpresa as medidas das pedras estavam fora do projeto ao invés de ser a medida padrão de 60 ou 62 cm de largura e estava com 55 cm , isso mesmo 55 cm!
Agora me explica como vou colocar o forno que tem de profundidade 60 cm e a máquina de lava roupa que tem 65 cm.
Uma empresa que enche a boca pra falar que tem experiência de mais de 20 anos ...tem que aprender muito ainda .....todo tempo a minha esposa estava insegura...e a Sra. Roseli dizia que não havia motivo para preocupação.....NÃO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUÉM! Tivemos um prejuízo enorme, pois havíamos comprado o forno a gás e tivemos que adotar um forno elétrico devido ter 50cm de profundidade! Então pessoal qdo comprar com essa empresa...,tenha a certeza das medidas na hora instalação.
I had a horrible experience, it was 2 meters and they still couldn't understand the tank measurements, due to these measurement mismatches....the delivery was delayed for more than 30 days (outside the stipulated deadline). On the scheduled delivery day, the appointment was for the morning period.....they arrived at 1:30 pm! And, finally, at the time of installation, to my surprise according to the installer, the sink was too wide 62 cm (this measurement was the right one, according to the project), they had to take it to the factory and cut it, they returned the other day and installed it, but I thought they were following the project, very well Mr. Danilo installed it and I thought it was all right.
Because I didn't check the measurements of the project. Finally, the carpenter went to install the kitchen and cabinets and to our surprise the measurements of the stones were out of the project instead of being the standard measurement of 60 or 62 cm wide and it was 55 cm, that's right 55 cm!
Now explain to me how I'm going to place the oven which is 60 cm deep and the washing machine which is 65 cm deep.
A company that fills its mouth to say that it has more than 20 years of experience ... it still has a lot to learn ..... all the time my wife was insecure... and Mrs. Roseli said there was no reason to worry.....DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! We had a huge loss, as we had bought the gas oven and had to adopt an electric oven due to its 50cm depth! So guys when you buy from this company..., make sure you take the measurements at the time of installation.
