Tentei vários contatos, até conseguir trocar mensagens com o Marcio pelo WhatsApp. Entretanto, o descaso foi muito grande, não retorna as mensagens, quando retorna, responde pela metade, não tem comprometimento. Se o pré venda é assim, nem quero imaginar o pós-venda. Estou buscando outro profissional, com mais responsabilidade e vontade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pesadelo começou quando foram instalar uma pedra na minha da lavanderia, faltou um pedaço que falaram que no dia seguinte iam levar e colocar pq mediram errado, neste meio tempo eu passei 4 cheques para o Sr Márcio, 2 descontados, 1 voltou por roubo de malote (não foi culpa minha) mas entrei em contato e fiz o pagamento para o Márcio, o segundo eu fiquei de pegar com ele e fazer o pagamento, porém o serviço estava inacabado foram 9 meses tentando pegar os dois cheques com ele, ele sumia, não me respondia, quando respondia combinava e não ia. Tive que acionar um advogado para passar o caso, mesmo porque o meu nome tinha ido para o ccf, um belo dia ele respondeu, falando que comigo tinha que ser na justiça, e que ia protestar os cheques, como se eu tivesse dificultando, foram mais de 100 mensagem quase implorando os cheques, até aí eu até tinha desistido do trabalho que ele tinha que finalizar.
Pois bem, o Márcio me passou o contato de um rapaz que ele tinha passado os cheques, entrei em contato e o mesmo rapa queria o valor, eu falei que o trabalho não foi finalizado, o mesmo disse que o Márcio não tinha pago ele TB, na mesma semana o rapaz foi até a marmoraria deixou os cheques e o Márcio o foi me devolver os cheques, eu paguei e fiquei no prejuízo.
Vários dias depois o Sr Márcio apareceu devolveu os cheques e o funcionário do mesmo (um grosso) colou a mesma pedra pequena e encheu de silicone.eu indignada falei para o Márcio, que falou que ia lá arrumar ele mesmo. Adivinhem?! Sumiu..não responde as mensagens,.
onclusão ele foi pago e o serviço está horrível. Vergonhoso. Corram dessa marmoraria. Nosso dinheiro taí suado sendo tratado desse jeito. Desrespeito

I had to call a lawyer to pass the case, even because my name had gone to the CCF, one fine day he replied, saying that it had to be in court, and that he was going to protest the checks, as if I had made it difficult, they were more than 100 messages almost begging for the checks, until then I had even given up on the job he had to finish.
Well, Márcio gave me the contact of a guy who had written the checks, I contacted him and the same guy wanted the amount, I said the work was not finished, he said that Márcio hadn't paid him TB , in the same week the boy went to the marble shop and left the checks and Márcio returned the checks to me, I paid them and I lost money.
Several days later Mr Márcio appeared and returned the checks and his employee (a thick one) glued the same small stone and filled it with silicone. Guess what?! Gone..does not reply to messages,.

Em marco de 2020 fiz contato com a a marmoraria por duas vezes e ninguém compareceu e ninguém retornou sobre orçamento solicitado. Só insisti no negocio porque esse estabelecimento e tradicional no bairro e seus antigos proprietários são da família da minha amiga de infância. Dei um voto de confiança e o serviço foi bem executado, o material é de qualidade o preço é justo mas o pôs venda ruim. Vocês cortaram a pedra errada e quando a Electrolux foi instalar o fogão não entrava. Liguei na marmoraria, mandei zap e ninguém nunca me respondeu. Pediu apoio para a JR Marmoria e fui atendido.
Graças ao google o cliente tem voz e sempre que posso faço comentários, positivos e negativos mas com fundamentos.
Vocês não sabem nem quando fui atendido por vcs e reclamam que eu atendi o telefone e desliguei. Desculpa mas tem algo chamado bateria , ela acaba rsrs Para finalizar não adianta falar aqui no google mudem a atitude. Outros clientes reclamaram recentemente logo a empresa não aprendeu com os erros e a culpa é sempre do cliente.

Primeiro instalaram o granito com o suporte para fora da pedra, mas até ai tudo bem, pois vieram para arrumar, mas depois tive problemas com vazamento, comuniquei a empresa sobre e não prestaram nenhuma assistência, nem se quer atendem os telefones, sumiram! Tentei por diversas vezes e em dias diferentes.... Triste, pois agora vou precisar gastar com outro profissional para consertar.
Por esse motivo não recomendo a empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi muito boa. Estou até hoje aguardando o termo de garantia de minha pedra. O Dono não nega, diz que vai entregar e até hoje nada. Sem falar do defeito na pedra que indiquei no dia da instalação e até hoje também não veio consertar.
Até hoje, 01/02/2022 não me entregou a garantia, não resolveu o defeito da pedra e nem me deu satisfação.
