Is it possible not to give any stars?! They do not meet the delivery deadline, always a ready excuse and the installation is nut, I never saw so much dirt to install.

Estou acionando a empresa na justiça pra tentar recuperar o prejuízo. Não façam nada com essa empresa. O serviço é ruim, o atendimento do Sr Marcelo é péssimo e respeito ao cliente não existe.
Owner Mr Marcelo Lemos did not meet the deadlines, did not deliver a bench from my balcony and did not comply with the obligation to return the money to me. I'm suing the company in court to try to recover the loss. Don't do anything with this company. The service is bad, Mr Marcelo's service is terrible and respect for the customer does not exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O produto foi entregue conforme o combinado e o serviço foi realizado. Foi o segundo trabalho que o Marcelo fez na minha casa e os dois ficaram com uma qualidade muito melhor que outra empresa que fez o trabalho anterior e era considerada a melhor empresa se marmore do Tatuapé.
Tive um pouco de atraso devido a pandemia, mas nada o que tivesse impacto significativo. Havíamos combinado 30 dias após a aprovação do projeto e foi realizado com 15 dias de atraso, mas totalmente compreensivo neste momento de pandemia onde todos estamos com problemas.
The product was delivered as agreed and the service was performed. It was the second job that Marcelo did at my house and the two got a much better quality than another company that did the previous job and was considered the best marble company in Tatuapé.
I had a little delay due to the pandemic, but nothing that would have a significant impact. We had agreed 30 days after the approval of the project and it was carried out 15 days late, but totally comprehensive in this moment of pandemic where we are all in trouble.
