I've been trying to get my bike on for 2 weeks and so far I don't have the solution for the problem, Mr. Marcio doesn't know how to handle the client correctly, he was harsh from the first call, and he keeps playing excuses for things that are not his competence, but yes of my competence.

Poor service and organization. I spent more than a month trying to solve my problem and they didn't give the slightest satisfaction even though I went to the place several times.
