★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar é horrível, fui discriminado na hora de marcar uma consulta, no guichê para dar meus dados, na espera do médico. Péssimo, se eu pagasse particular eles teriam vaga para o mesmo dia, porém como era pelo plano, tive que esperto uma semana com o ouvido tapado, na recepção, a atendente me fez esperar mais de 20min pq achou que não tinha mais ngm pra ser atendido, e quando finalmente fui chamado, quando finalmente estou esperando me deparo com uma espera de 30min, sem ninguém para ser atendido, e médicos passeando mexendo no celular, um absurdo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos muito bem atendidos. Exames de alergias foram feitos no local e em poucos minutos, disponibilizam WIFI e TV para os pacientes.
Porém a fila estava um pouco longa e o atendimento demorou um pouquinho.
Cheguei 09:30 só sai as 12:20

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulta estava marcada às 10:00 horas da manhã , pedem para chegar com antecedência porém o período de espera é muito longo. Mais de uma hora de espera? Poderiam dizer que seria por ordem de chegada e não hora marcada. Acho uma falta de respeito enorme com os pacientes! Além de tudo a recepção lotada, não havia nem lugares para sentar.
Consultation was scheduled at 10:00 am, they ask to arrive early, but the waiting period is very long. More than an hour of waiting? They could say it would be on a first-come, first-served basis and not an appointment. I think there is a huge lack of respect for patients! On top of the crowded reception, there were not even places to sit.

Desde o pessoal da recepção, passando pela equipe de internação (Gilmara e as meninas, que dedicaram todo o carinho e atenção para que tudo fosse realizado da melhor maneira), os médicos e equipe de centro cirúrgico. Hoje, 12 dias após o procedimento, tenho certeza que faria tudo novamente. Parabéns e muito obrigado a todos que fazem parte dessa equipe ????.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, hoje venho por meio deste canal expressar minha gratidão aos profissionais desta clínica, que quão eficientes eles foram no último dia 11/11, dia esse que passei por um procedimento cirúrgico.
Cheguei a clínica as 5:53 para dar entrada no internamento. Onde fui muito bem recebido na recepção, cheguei tão nervoso e ancioso pois era meu primeiro procedimento cirúrgico, o medo me tomava de conta! Por está longe de casa e por algumas incertezas que tive, confesso que me deu vontade de desistir, mais a pessoa de Gilmara conversou comigo, e começou a me passar confiança, que teria pessoas prontas e capacitadas pra me acompanhar nesse procedimento, fui muito bem recebido também pelo enfermeiro EVANDRO onde me levou até a enfermaria para internação, onde ele conversou comigo passando mais tranquilidade, um pouco mais tarde a equipe médica foi chegando e percebendo que estaria nas mãos de grandes profissionais, quero agradecer ao psicólogo VICTOR por tranquilizar e pela enfermeira SUZY, por ter me ouvido quando eu estava começando a passar mal e qual rápido ela cuidou pra não acontece o pior, quero externar minha gratidão aos médicos PEDRO CAVALCANTE e PEDRO GUILHERME e toda sua equipe pelo brilhante trabalho realizado e também ao infermeiro Jefferson pela paciência comigo, principalmente a GILMARA, e SUZY pela agilidade em cuidar do meu translado em retorno pra casa o quão eficiente elas foram, pois como o meu procedimento terminou quase no final da tarde não fui liberado pra voltar pra casa, só apenas no dia seguinte. Cuidaram de mim no pós cirúrgico como se fosse um filho de cada um e foi assim que me sentir, muito bem acolhido, também não poderia esquecer de externar a minha gratidão a moça que cuidou da minha alimentação, a Rosy pela atenção e por carinho transmitido... Também não poderia esquecer da enfermeira que me acompanhou até o carro quando fui liberado pra voltar a minha casa, não lembro se o nome dela era Jaqueline, mais sei que se ela ler essa postagem ela vai saber que minha gratidão a ela também está incluso nesta mensagem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento agendado pra minha filha de 9:55, pediram pra chegar 10 minutos mais cedo e já são 10:30 e não fomos atendidos ainda! Se quer compromisso e respeito no atendimento com o paciente não recomendo esta clínica. Vários recem nascidos esperando pelo atraso deles. Se com recém nascido é assim, nao consigo imaginar o atendimento normal.

If you want commitment and respect in patient care, I do not recommend this clinic. Several newborns waiting for their delay. If it's like that with newborns, I can't imagine the normal care.
