Sem garantia, não refizeram o serviço alegando que essa parte é terceirizada, que a culpa era de outra oficina.
Ou seja, paguei por um serviço que não foi realizado!
They "performed" the maintenance of the air conditioning, it was way beyond the budget and it didn't work!
Without warranty, they did not redo the service claiming that this part is outsourced, that another workshop was at fault.
In other words, I paid for a service that was not performed!
